Program description

The NCLEX-RN Mentorship Program prepares nursing graduates to approach the licensing examination with confidence and a clear study plan. Sessions focus on clinical judgment, priority setting, patient safety, test-taking strategies, time management, and the effective analysis of NCLEX-style questions. Mentees receive personalized guidance based on their strengths and learning needs, including study planning, practice-question review, identification of knowledge gaps, and strategies for managing test anxiety. This mentorship is designed to support both first-time and repeat test-takers on their journey toward becoming licensed registered nurses.
