Rules for using the platform

Acceptance of terms
By accessing the site, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform or submit a registration form.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and for keeping your account details up to date.
You must not use another person’s identity, upload misleading information, or abuse the registration process.
Acceptable use
Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, or use the platform for fraud, harassment, or other prohibited activity.
Mentorship services
Mentor and mentee placement, visibility, chat access, and other features are provided based on program rules, availability, moderation, and administrative discretion.
We may update, suspend, or remove features when needed to maintain safety, quality, or operational stability.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, and original content belong to ProFak Science Impactful Foundation or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy or reuse platform materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
We provide the platform on an as-available basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
